Insight Creation of Space provides a wide range of services within the interior design industry. The majority of our business comes from architects and developers, so we are adept at taking existing plans and applying creative functionality and a common sense approach to the space available.
We believe it is vital for projects to be design led rather than build led, and in order to achieve a cohesive design solution, we accurately assign space to its function or purpose on plan. This enables the construction of interior walls, lighting, power supplies, feature walls and other design elements to be placed or built in precisely the correct positions. This also provides the opportunity for the client to amend or re-assign the space if required, without incurring costly remedial works on site.
Once the concept has been agreed in principal on plan, we can offer a full visual rendering of any given space, again confirming the design is fulfilling the brief. This enables the planners to place the building into its true environment, and helps planning officers to see the finished design without the need to lay a brick and allowing all contractors involved to work towards an agreed vision.
